Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a subscription

• You may cancel at any time by writing to sdvsglobal@gmail.com or tech@dharmaposhanam.in.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• Your organisation's records are not deleted when you cancel. They stay available to export.

2. Refunds on subscription fees

• Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. A month already started is not refunded in part.
• If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, the extra amount is refunded in full.
• If the service was unavailable to you for a substantial part of a paid month because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will refund or credit that month.

3. Trial verification deposit

A free trial in India asks for a refundable deposit of ₹100 to confirm the payment method. No GST is charged on it and no invoice is issued. All of it comes back: it is credited against your first invoice if you subscribe, or refunded to the account you paid from if you do not, after the trial ends.

4. How and when refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
• Approved refunds are initiated within 5 working days. The bank or card issuer usually credits them within 5–7 working days after that.
• To ask for a refund, write to sdvsglobal@gmail.com with your organisation's name and the payment date. We reply within 3 working days.
